インターネットは情報収集の元として欠かせません。ある、耳つぼダイエットを行っている方のブログを見つけましたので覗いてみました。ちょっとご紹介しますね。この方は耳つぼダイエットをしてるときに、併用するサプリメントの摂取を途中で辞めてしまったそうですが、それでもなんと体重がリバウンドしないとのことです。。すごいですよね！これくらいで驚かないでくださいね。それよりもすごいのが、ほんの一部ですが、根元２センチ位の白髪だった所がなんと耳つぼダイエットを行うことで黒髪に変わったそうですよ。これもまたすごいです！驚きですよね。そこで、考えて思い当たるのは栄養補助食品の「ビー・ポーレン」ってやつかな？と思って調べてみました。そしたら、「抜け毛、白髪改善に！」って書いてありました。やっぱりと思いました。すごいですよね！サプリメントが相乗効果を起こしたようですね。
